Senior Digital Manager

We are looking for a commercially minded Senior Digital Manager, a high performer with the skills required to plan and execute, track and report, decide and improve and manage people. Experience (at least 3-5 years) of managing multi-integrated campaigns simultaneously. The right candidate for this position will be an experience digital marketer with a track record of digital campaigns for businesses, websites and overall digital presence.

 

Required:

  • Be degree-educated (or equivalent).
  • Significant experience of working with clients directly, as well as influencing and pitching to senior stakeholders in a corporate and other environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with an eye for detail.
  • Highly computer literate, and experienced in digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the delivery of an effective multi-channel digital strategy to secure the current digital service achievements and open up new digital offering in Mediareach, such as Display Advertising/Programmatic
  • The candidate will use a broad range of digital marketing channels:
    Website, Display, Insight Reporting, Newsletters, SEO, PPC and Social Media to prepare digital strategies and plans for the clients and Mediareach
  • Leading, writing and executing the Integrated Digital Media Strategy for client brands, deciding on the appropriate Social Media channels for a brand or campaigns, take part in all the pitches helping to win new business
  • Selling and presenting Digital Strategies and services to clients both externally and internally, manage all the digital projects full lifecycle, including supporting pre-pitch, project planning and estimating, cost tracking and reporting and risk and quality management, helping it to be as efficient and profitable as possible
  • Proactively manage effective communication between all stakeholders; escalate communication issues to the relevant senior management, when necessary lead and manage the production team, working with the design and freelancer team to plan and assign works
  • Understanding the scope of each phase of the project and ensure they are delivered within agreed terms. Facilitating and managing the production team(s) to enable them to deliver project outputs in accordance with project plans, costs & to customer’s expectations. Ensure all work is produced in accordance with appropriate processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Conducting analysis and report on campaign performance in partnership with the team
  • Identifying best practice marketing technologies, platforms, tools and systems to support the overall digital marketing strategy and effectively implement to
    enhance the prospect and customer experience
  • Driving a social media, communications and content marketing programme that generates trials, sales opportunities and engaging content
  • Driving the performance, evolution, strategic and success of commercial websites, delivering to brands’ targets
  • Directly managing and developing the relationship with Digital clients.
  • Directly report to the CEO on all Digital projects as well as agreeing on the approach of developing client and supplier relations in Mediareach, working closely to develop tactics that meets agency’s need

Responsibilities:

Business Development Manager will work with mid and senior level management, marketing, and technical staff. He/she might be required to manage the activities of others responsible for developing business for the company.

 

New Business Development

  • Your primary role is to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, following up on leads, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
  • Identify prospects for potential new clients, and turn them into business.
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision-makers within the client organization.
  • Research and start relationships with new clients
  • Set up meetings between client decision-makers and Mediareach’s team.
  • Plan approaches and pitches; work with Account Managers to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.

 

Client Retention

  • Develop good relations with new clients, and work towards the set targets for sales, and provide support to the team that will continually improve the relationship.

Digital Marketing/Search Executive

We are looking to recruit a Digital Marketing/Search Executive to work on our digital advertising campaigns.
Do you have a keen eye for detail and a proven understanding of what makes consumers click and buy? Do you know how to create powerful paid search campaigns that increase ROI and produce happy clients? Then we have just the job for you.

The Digital Marketing/Search Executive must have 1-2 years of experience of working within an agency (preferred) or in-house environment, ideally in a B2B role with a track record of conversion rate optimisation.

We expect you to have good knowledge on how to use the right tools or choose from in order to provide the full report and evaluations and make recommendations quickly and professionally and continuously contribute to the planning and improvement of the campaign.

You will be responsible for setting up and implementing effective programmatic campaigns on our servers, monitoring PPC, display campaigns and also understanding SEO strategies. You’ll be doing consultation, weekly optimisation, analysis, and changes reporting as well as recommendations for improving campaigns results. You’ll gather informative data to help customers improve their online experience utilising various analytical tools.

 

Main tasks:

  • Ensuring accurate and punctual delivery of all digital advertising campaigns
  • The production of schedules, campaign performance reports, monthly invoices, meeting agendas
  • Understanding client needs, identifying and developing keyword strategy, analysis of competitor activity and on going campaign management
  • Tracking and analysing performance of campaigns and acting on your findings to improve quality score and meet marketing return-on-investment targets
  • Creating coherent and meaningful campaign performance narrative based on campaign data alongside broader audience, market and client business insight
  • Mapping the right keyword linked to the right landing page and ad to deliver the best possible results at the lowest possible cost—and do it all effectively as part of their broader digital marketing efforts
  • Using bid management tools to minimise clients overall cost per click
  • Implement and manage client campaigns accurately and on-time achieving the clients objectives and KPI’s defined by the Digital Head

Required Qualifications:

  • Be prepared to give examples of how you have been able to successfully create and improve existing search marketing campaigns that increased sales and maximised ROI
  • Be highly numerate and display a keen sense of attention to detail
  • Be an advanced Microsoft Excel user
  • Be familiar with search marketing tools including Google AdWords Editor and bid management, DoubleClick, competitive analysis and keyword research tools.
  • Have a creative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills

We are looking to recruit an ambitious Media Planner. The ideal candidate will be creative, hard-working, numerate with excellent attention to detail and a good level of proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with 1-2 years experience in similar roles and core set of media skills.

Main Tasks:

  • Manage and optimise all aspects of broadcast media campaigns: including television, radio as well as press and outdoor to deliver against targets
  • Offering relevant media channel for our clients
