Digital Intern

Duties Scope:

Build databases, and research for relevant websites and inventories

Search Executive/Specialist

We are looking to recruit a Search Executive/Specialist to work on our current global digital campaigns. Do you have a keen eye for detail and a proven understanding of what makes consumers click and buy? Do you know how to create powerful paid search campaigns that increase ROI and produce happy clients then we have just the job for you.

The Search Executive/Specialist must have 1-2 years of experience of working within an agency (preferred) or in-house environment, ideally in a B2B role with a track record of conversion rate optimisation.

As Search Executive/Specialist we expect you to have good knowledge on how to use the right tools or choose from in order to provide the full report and evaluations and make recommendations quickly and professionally and ongoing contribute to the planning and improvement of the campaign.

You will be responsible for implementing effective PPC, display and sometimes SEO strategies to enhance the SEO on customers’ websites.
You’ll be doing consultation, weekly optimisation, analysis, and changes reporting and as well as recommendations for you to improve campaigns results. You’ll perform on-site SEO and PPC audits to ensure customers’ websites comply with Google Guidelines and are fully optimised for target terms. Utilising Google Analytics, you’ll gather informative data to help customers improve their online experience. Liaise with the Content team, you will endeavour to increase search visibility and lead generation opportunities by growing paid and organic traffic.

Main tasks:

  • Understanding client needs, identifying and developing a keyword strategy, analysis of competitor activity, and ongoing campaign management. Tracking and analysing performance of campaigns and acting on your findings to improve quality score and meet marketing return-on-investment targets
  • Results, means mapping the right keyword to the right ad linked to the right landing page to deliver the best possible results at the lowest possible cost—and do it all effectively as part of their broader digital marketing efforts
  • Using bid management tools to minimise clients overall cost per click
  • Proven experience of developing PPC and paid social media search strategies
  • Implement and manage client campaigns accurately and on-time achieving the clients objectives and KPI’s defined by the Digital Manager
  • Run high-impact campaigns that deliver strong business increase return on investment (ROI) on search campaigns
  • Keeping up to date with changes in search engine technology.

Required Qualifications:

  • Be prepared to give examples of how you have been able to successfully create and improve existing search marketing campaigns that increased sales and maximised ROI
  • Be highly numerate and display a keen sense of attention to detail
  • Be an advanced Microsoft Excel user
  • Be familiar with search marketing tools including Google AdWords Editor and bid management, competitive analysis and keyword research tools.
  • Have a creative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Have experience in presenting in front of other people
  • The ability to work within a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • A strong commercial focus is also key, as is a team player mentality and the ability to prioritise your workload

Web Developer

We are currently looking to recruit team of Front-End Web -Developers who are highly creative, technically minded. It is important for the developer to be able to work independently as well as within a team and under management. We are and advertising agency and people with dynamic thinking flexible attitude towards work are encouraged to apply for. This is a role for those Web Designers and Developer who likes multi-tasking and can work under pressure juggling various deadlines and priority.

It is important to know that we need someone who is just as proficient with HTML and CSS as they are with design you will provide front-end expertise on a broad range of digital projects.  SEO would be an integral part of the work and we would expect the person also to work on website ranking and optimization.

Digital Designer

We are looking to recruit a Digital Designer to create inspirational creative solutions for the online campaigns. You’ll create visual designs with a genuine passion for the creative process, offering effective solutions for our clients. The Digital Designer must have 1-2 year experience of digital design in a Creative, Digital, Marketing, Graphics Agency or similar functional area within a similar client environment.
Your Tasks:

  • Designs the layout of digital wireframes and storyboards for digital deliverables
  • Designs high quality digital deliverables for the client (e.g. digital displays, banners, expendables, emails etc)
  • Delivers branded materials, illustrations for social media campaigns, user interface and layout designs etc
  • Creates assets for engaging newsletters and digital channels
  • Provides strong digital design know-how across a variety of media forms
